ipView CallAccountant

ipView CallAccountant is ITEL’s Call Detail Recording solution for the Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) market. The software runs on a non dedicated PC and connects to your phone system via a LAN/WAN or Serial Interface. It logs every call transiting through your phone System and where appropriate calculates its cost.  Information is accessed through an intuitive user interface which allows reports to be viewed immediately on screen, printed, output in file format (excel etc.) or automatically sent to you by email. The delivery of reports can be scheduled and their content customized by using filters. 

BCM Customer Training

ipView Console

ipView Console is the browser-based attendant console that ITEL provides for use with the Business Communications Manager (BCM). The software runs on a PC connected to the BCM directly or via a LAN/WAN and can be accessed by any PC via a web browser. It provides Attendants and Receptionists with a real time call status display and means of answering and transferring calls, allowing them to continue with other work when they are not managing calls. When a call comes in, ipView Console pops to the front of the screen, allowing the attendant to handle the call quickly and effectively.

ipView WallBoard

ipView Wallboard is a compact, high intensity colour display device that connects to the BCM via the LAN/WAN and is used in conjunction with the Reporting for Call Centre application. The ipView Wallboard is able to display both real time and historical statistics on the performance of the Call Centre, as well as scrolling messages and alarms should the Quality of Service fall below user defined limits. Up to 6 of a total of 15 different parameters can be displayed at any time, including queue length and time, abandoned calls per hour/day and agent status.

ipView Hospitality

ipView Hospitality is the Hospitality Management software package that ITEL provides for use with the Business Communications Manager (BCM) in the Small Hotel and Guest House market. The package runs on a PC connected to your BCM either directly or via a LAN/WAN connection. It provides an intuitive graphical interface to access and enhance the capabilities of the BCM, allowing it to be used, not only for telephony, but for the common hospitality functions, such as Check In/Out, Room Service Status, Room Occupancy, Call Restriction and Call Logging.
